Upon review of intake and assessment information, applicants, case managers, family members, and/or guardians will be invited for a tour of the facility and an opportunity to meet the staff team. This allows for a detailed explanation of our programs and familiarity with the environment.
Staffing ratios are complementary to the individuals being supported and are based on assessed needs, including cognitive and behavioural challenges. Individual staffing requirements of 1:1 or 2:1 are determined during the assessment phase.
All requests for respite support and services are addressed on an as-needed basis and are subject to bed availability.
Information regarding individual needs, routines, and activities of choice is required to ensure a seamless transition and comfort in all environments.
Appointments, requests for additional information, or intake packages can be arranged directly by phone or email.
Novel Solution is not a Ministry-funded organization. All supports and services are provided on a fee-for-service basis.
Costs are determined based on the individual’s required level of care, support needs, and choice of daily programming activities.
Our team is here to answer your questions, guide you through the intake process, and provide the information you need to make confident, informed decisions.
