Costs depend on the individual’s daily required needs, including type/level of support and care, and any intervention needs due to behavioural challenges.

Individually developed short and long-term plans written with input from all parties (including the individual), based on personal goals, risks, and needs. Monthly meetings are conducted to review progress and update plans.
A structured assessment with focused questions to identify risks, needs, and the supports required to help the individual succeed in daily living.
